research design is quasi experimental is Non Probability Purposive sampling Technique was
used. The 80 college going nursing students was taken from nursing colleges in selected areas.
The data collection was done in 4 weeks. The study proposal was sanctioned by institutional
ethics committee. Result- t value was calculated to analyze the difference in post-test fatigue
scores of respondents before and after giving body scan meditation technique from
Experimental and control group. Highly significant difference was found between post-test
fatigue scores of respondents from Experimental group and control group. (t = 9.562) Hence
the stated null hypothesis is rejected as it is interpreted that there was significant difference
between post-test fatigue scores after giving body scan meditation technique. Conclusion-In
the assessment of Effectiveness of Body scan meditation on 80 samples divided in two group
that is 40 experimental group and 40 control group. Evaluation of level of perceived stress and
level o f fatigue was done before and after the intervention among experimental groups and
control group. The level of perceived stress and level of fatigue among college going nursing
was improved in experimental group, (P-Value < 0.05)
