Abstract

The study aims to measure the impact of the quality of work life (QWL) on organizational performance in china. We have developed a model to gauge the influence of wages, incentives, promotions, participation in decision-making, teamwork, and work-life balance on the organizational performance of 200 employees at the University of the Valley.
