This study proposes a unified framework for MNC success, examining the interplay between leadership quality, digital investments, and evolving consumer preferences. Through a synthesis of existing literature and hypothetical data analysis, the study identifies key factors and provides actionable insights for MNCs to thrive in a competitive global market.
